Oh! I forgot to add: She is intitled to an IEP if she has ADHD and her Special Ed teacher will be her advocate and the parent has VETO power in all decisions under Special Education. So if you get her an IEP and want her grade skipped, your vote and the Special Educator's vote weighs much more. Special Education teachers individualize everything, there is no "norm", they think outside the box.
