Okay so DS wants enrichment in his regular math class. He asked the teacher if when the other kids were practicing their skills and since he doesn't need further practice would he be able to do some algebra worksheets/algebra worksheet packet in the meantime. Teacher said yes but that she needs to ask some other math teacher what she could put together for him. That was last week so DS asked if I could come up with some for him and send them in ... he said his teacher would be fine with it.
Anyway, I certainly don't want him doing anything way above his level. Does anyone know of any good beginning "algebra" resources? He's in second grade if that helps. I am totally not a math person and even less of an "algebra" person so I need help finding appropriate material.
