OP Algernon Junior Member A Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 2	My son took the NWEA MAP's testing this fall, he is an 8th grader and scored a 278 in mathematics and a 250 in reading. Can somebody please help analyze these scores? Are these average or above average in the state of California? Do these scores show he is gifted?
