There are others on this board who know a heck of a lot more about these tests than I do, but that is a significant amount of spread. The WM seems especially low, although I am not sure what conclusions, if any, can be drawn from that. FWIW, my daughter also had significant spread, including a 27 point spread between VCI and PRI, and crazy spread between VCI and PS, but my tester did calculate both the GAI, and the FSIQ, although she wrote in the report that the GAI would be a more accurate reflection of her abilities. It seems like some testers do, and some don't, and I don't really understand why...
