On a side note about the British thing: DS6 is really loving the British Scholastic books we've got (The Knowledge series, Horrible Histories series, Murderous Maths series, the Jiggy McCue series...We have a lot of them!). He's learning all sorts of odd British-isms that most American 6yos wouldn't know. It's a weird little side effect!

Luckily I know what most of them mean and can "translate" for him. It's nice that my semester abroad in England was for some good purpose! wink
