OLSAT is a group screener, so not as trusted as an Individual IQ test, but still a 99% in NV might get them to scratch their heads and say 'Gosh, it is unusual that this kid with obvious difficulties in learning is getting such a high score.'

OTOH - A 86% in Verbal is well above average, and so might help the school say: We are doing his job because he isn't flunking.

If you possibly can, pay out of pocket and get him the services he needs.
