I have a perfectionistic son. Imagine re-re-re-checking your answers to make sure you didn't make a mistake; it adds up, even for a fairly speedy thinker. If the tester's experience and qualifications include expertise with learning disabilities, and you and the tester don't see any red flags, I wouldn't worry about it. If you have some reason to suspect learning disabilities, seek more info.
