When I looked at the technical report #4 online, the sum of scaled scores chart put a 97 at 146/99.9 percentile. Maybe they didn't report because the scores are similar and GAI doesn't added anything?
If you have the raw scores you can figure out whether the extended norms will make a difference. Our psych didn't use the extended norms because she didn't feel that they had been vetted enough (her opinion not mine). I asked the extended norm question here and someone calculated it for me. It raised my DD's PRI and her FSIQ by a few points but it didn't really make a difference. Either way, my DD, like your DD, already had a DYS IQ so I didn't feel like it was worth pursuing with the psych.
