I think you can share with the school that she needs more challenging reading and spelling for her emotional comfort. Will the scores help? It isn't clear. Some districts make accomidations for kids in the top 10% or 5% or 3%. But in my experience schools car more about an individual childs needs than numbers.
Private testing might be very helpful for you to feel more confident but schools don't uniformly trust the results or know what to do next and testers don't uniformlly step up to do more than write a letter.
Given the various possible other issues those scores might be attention getting.
