Take a look at A Nation Deceived, which indicates only 6% of grade-skipped kids at age 18 and 3% at age 23 saw negative effects of grade skipping on their lives. And while social/emotional outcomes are influenced by a ton of variables and thus hard to quantify, in general these outcomes are more positive from grade-skipping than negative.
