CONGRATS are definitely in order! I agree about it not being a big help if you are already in a gifted school (although in our old gifted private school they said it with capital letters, ie: "HE's a DAYYYYvidson SCHOOOOlar") but I think it can help in "regular" public school situations and having a family counselor to bounce things off of and have as back up / support is great! You will be happy you did it, I agree with Kate smile
