My son (age 7yrs, 9 mos) had some updated testing done, and we could use some help with understanding just what the results mean. The neuro-psych gave us feedback, but between him and the other professionals involved, there's great debate over what is really going on. I just want to know what to expect (strengths and challenges for my son) based on these results. If you have time to take a look, my husband and I would greatly appreciate it.

Looks like the final diagnosis, after a bit of debate and further brain mapping/EEG results, is ADHD. Well, duh! We, and the neuropsych, were on the fence as to whether ds is on the spectrum. After consulting the neuropsych who interpreted test results, the actual tester who is a psychologist (no one mentioned someone else would be doing the testing other than the actual neuropsychologist), the psychiatrist, the pediatric psychologist who is my son's counselor, the pediatrician, developmental pediatrician, and neurofeedback/brain mapping results, they finally decided that it is more likely ADHD than Asperger's. No matter what we call it, I want to know if these test results can help us come up with a good plan for our son. Unfortunately, the neuropsych was no help in this department. He came highly recommended, but I was not impressed. Thanks for any help you can provide, and I apologize for the lengthy post (if you've managed to read this far!)
