Thanks! - I did for a while. But then suffered this morning for having lived in the fast lane with my three glasses of wine. Chamomile tea and soothing music would probably have been a better choice.

No, not at all. There's usually some degree of comfort in knowing that you're not alone in facing a problem. I don't think I would really ever send them to boarding school, but I do like to indulge in fantasies of peace every now and then.
