DD took her last exam today. It has been way more difficult than we could have predicted considering the excellent position she was in just 3 months ago. However much of that is to do with the unusual circumstances of these exams.
Compounding these factors, on the first day DD was denied extra time for exams she couldn�t word process. This was, they admit, an error, but it is one they have made repeatedly. If nothing else had already convinced me that DD needed a different school this, alone, would have done it.
We have the summer now to help DD regain her self-confidence.
