Indigo, I’m so glad you emphasised the value of triumph over adversity and achieving ethically. There are many who do get ahead by compromising their integrity to some degree. They are welcome to the accolades from others for their ‘success’. I’d far rather sit at the table with those who have accomplished good and continue to navigate by a reliable moral compass and strong ethical core. I suspect I would be enriched by, and very much enjoy, being seated at the same table as you (and not just because of your very kind words).

HighIQ, I join with Indigo in acknowledging that the deserving are so often denied their dues. I truly admire your achievements and incredible triumph over adversity and in my humble opinion, ethically achieving a place of salutatorian is infinitely better than attaining valedictorian unethically (not that I am able to judge individual situations). Please do find ethical ways to develop your intellectual gifts & potential.
