Hi I don't have any 2e experience to share, but I agree that you need to find a school that's a better fit, the setting he is in now its clearly not helping. You may want to look into Flex School. Its a school for 2e students. I don't know anything about them though, perhaps someone else does. They seem to be new or fairly new and will be opening new campuses close to NYC.
