The website BrainFacts.org may be of interest to some forum members.

Somewhat along the same lines...
a neuroscience resource specifically for kids (which has been mentioned previously on the forums) is Neuroscience for Kids (NFK).

If you have any budding neuroscientists among you, what could possibly be more cool than a Brain Bee? Yup, really!

I heartily second the coolness of the brain bee. DD16 has competed in the one sponsored by our local university and she has had a blast each time.

In addition to the bee itself, the kids get a tour of various neurology/neuroscience labs/areas before the bee itself kicks off.

If you end up winning your local/regional brain bee, you can qualify for the national competition.

Best of luck,
