My younger DD recently took the CogAT (age 7, 2nd grade). I was given her scores as percentiles only.

Verbal: 86
Nonverbal: 97
Quantitative: 97
Composite: 97

Is there a table I could use to convert the percentiles back to SAS or SAS ranges?

Googling "cogat sas" brings up a previous thread "How can I convert USS CogAT scores to SAS?" http://giftedissues.davidsongifted....4714/How_can_I_convert_USS_CogAT_sc.html .

I found this to be helpful - there is a bell curve showing where SAS, PR & Stanine scores fall. You can be relatively accurate in guestimating what SAS is what %.

It also offers a comprehensive understanding of the test and its application to teachers based on type of learners.

I finally found a table. Page nine of this document. http://faculty.education.uiowa.edu/dlohman/pdf/Chapter%2010%20assembled%20draft.pdf
