OP vennela Junior Member V Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 35	My son got selected for the Academically Independent curriculum/gifted and talented class in 1st grade . Now he is in second grade . I would like to know if there are any classes in NJ for gifted kids . Any programs like John Hopkins classes or any talent search programs ? I am planning to sign him up for the JHU online class and would like to know about programs in New Jersey . Thanks in advance.

Cricket2 Member C Joined: May 2009 Posts: 2,172 Colorado	Since their qualifying test scores include tests for kids as young as age 7, I'm assuming that they have something to offer the younger kids but you're right that it might not be as much. http://www.heroesgifted.org/qualifying_test_scores I'd try contacting them and seeing if they have any suggestions at least.
