DS8 is currently subject accelerated from 3rd grade math to 5th grade math. His teachers are also working on challenging him in language arts, which can be tricky because he reads incredibly well and has a great vocabulary, but has a really hard time with writing (dysgraphia, etc).
Science is the challenge. He is a science kind of guy. I am considering pushing them to let him do the middle school Plato Science curricula online. I think they may likely go for it - does anyone have any insights re: it. For example, is it a complete curricula in itself, or just something we should view as enrichment?
