We are an unschooling family from Australia. My six year old would probably have been given the label "gifted" if he was in school, however I feel in our current situation I have no need for any labels other than to help me find support in parenting him.
A friend on another forum referred me here, I'm looking forward to looking around smile

    Hi GreenGully,

Welcome to the board. You should find a lot of support from people in general but also people who home school.

    Welcome GreenG -
sounds lovely! I'm ready for the day when labels are universally worthless - won't that be a fine thing!
