Does anyone have any experience with the Catalina Sea Camp? My DS13 is very interested in getting scuba certitied and attending a camp where scuba is an activity. Or do you have any experiences where scuba/snorkeling/marine biology etc. are activities at a residential summer camp? Thanks!

No, it is actually, Catalina Sea Camp. http://www.guideddiscoveries.org/catalinaseacamp.html

I hadn't heard of Camp Fox which I see is on Catalina island, but doesn't look like they scuba, but rather just snorkel.

The Sea Camp looks amazing. Sorry I don't know anything about that particular camp. I went to Camp Fox when I was 17 and had one of the best weeks ever. Of course that was many years ago smile
