Finally. I've been so busy that I haven't had time enough to get answers to my curiosities.

Two Questions:

Is it possible to calculate one's FSIQ from four index scores alone, using the WAIS III instrument:

Hypothetically, giving the following scores, could someone help with a step-by-step breakdown of how to obtain the FSIQ; or, if its unethical to give a step-by-step, could someone calculate it and post the score the got?:

VCI - 135
POI - 124
WMI - 109
PSI - 116

Thanks.

Now for the second question: I did some googling and I found that there exists a GAI for WAIS III, and here is my source ScienceDirect. What I have failed to find, however, is a guide to what the Sums of the Scaled Scores correlate to as far as GAI, thus FSIQ. Would the WISC-IV's table suffice for an accurate GAI estimation given the following scores (and these subtests are the ones used for WAIS III GAI):

Vocabulary - 16
Similarities - 15
Information - 15

Matrix Reasoning - 14
Block Design - 13
Picture Completetion - 12

Lastly, has anyone had personal experience with the new WAIS IV?
