I have filled out the forms and sent the section for recommendations to my DD's teacher. She will mail that separately.

The psychologist full report includes all the test scores for the WISC-IV test, plus I am sending a copy of the ACT Explore.

Can the ACT-Explore be a PHOTOCOPY?

And that should be it, right? Am I missing something else I need to submit?

Oh I never thought about just faxing it in. Duh! I'll do that instead!
