The U.S. Geological Survey is holding their 9th Triennial Open House the weekend of May 16th on the Menlo Park campus. There will be about 100 exhibits and it's a great opportunity to learn about geologic research.
Friday, May 15th is the school preview day from 10:30 am - 2 pm. About 1200 kids, teachers, and parents are already signed up. If you are interested in coming by then, please let me know.
The event on Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th, is open to the public from 10-4.
