Today I received my copy of the Iowa Aceleration Scale Manual I ordered from Barnes and Noble. I guess I should have done my research better because in order to use the manual fully you need to have forms to go with it. I did a little bit of research on the internet and there seems to be a few places where I can order 10 sets of forms. Does anyone know where I can just order 1 set? The 10 sets are kind of pricey. Thanks!

I'm sending a few of these out in the morning, but I still have several left. I'm sending them out for $9, which is my actual cost plus postage (they have to go in a large envelope). Just PM me your address if you want one, and I'll PM you back with my paypal address. So happy that there's a aftermarket for these unneeded Forms here - when I had to buy them, I was wishing I knew 9 other people who needed them, and I guess now I might! smile

i also wish that they would include a blank in their manual...but i did the old trick: copy the included samples. then white out the sample child's info. then make my own blank copies. then fill out one myself giving ranges to indicate possible answers that i just didn't know. i got a optimistic score and a pesimistic score and they were both in the good or excellent range.

So, you just bought the manual and then copied the samples? If that works, I could just do that. Thanks!

I considered making an offer to the school: I would buy the manual and the 10 forms, using only one form for DS, then donate everything to the school, if they would agree to abide by its recommendation. Sadly, the acceleration door was slammed in our faces before I even got to mention it.
