    This story speaks to GT on several levels. Rienhoff is an example of Ruf 4 becoming 5 due to a persona crisis.

    The intellectual timidity of Rienhoff's detractors bears resemblance to the same timdity showed by "educators" who do not want to deal with GT kids.

    Sounds very Lorenzo's-oil to me. That was some serious science on the part of the parents, too. (iirc, I think that one is a true story)
