Is any using their family edition at home? I'm trying to find out if you can "get it" to use in home if your school is not. And if I can - anyone out there tried it? Like it? I heard Dr. Reis speak at OAGC and really liked the little bit she tossed in about their product. I'm basically looking for an online school while still sending the sheep off to public school.

    Thanks

Yes you can buy a one-year licence (which includes parental access) for US$99. It's designed by Dr Joseph Renzulli (whose definition of giftedness is in worldwide use) and Dr Sally Reis, his partner and wife. So widely-recognised integrity in giftedness and in learning. It's also a really useful tool for finding resources (websites, books, videos etc) for your children, as well as offering them a personal programme.

It is being offered at the www.homeschoobuyersco-op.org right now with the group discount. 45% off I believe it is. They might also have some responses from people who have used it. It is free to join and a wonderful resource for materials available.
