Seems pretty quiet this summer. Has anyone discovered anything new and different to recommend? Whether it's for gifted kids or their parents?

I have a couple recommendations:

1. Edutopia magazine (free subscription to interesting magazine by George Lucas foundation)
2. Cogito.org (johns hopkins website for math and science talented kids/parents...lots of cool info on there)

I'd love to hear what your kids thought about various summer programs they've participated in, amazing podcasts (this is truly a cool educational medium that I wish would catch on soon here)--we downloaded several and listened to them on long road trips (This American Life was terrific and Cogito has others listed).
