Hi all,
Our public school system recognizes the need for extreme differentiation(gifted school) iff the coGAT and ITBS scores are at 97th "percentile" or above.
Any idea what this translates to in terms of raw scores or raw percentages?
just curious...

Also, does it strike anyone as it being "interesting" that percentiles are based on a set of scores of children these were administered to about "7" years back?
