The 'most intelligent' remark doesn't say much about the others given the incoherence of her remarks on healthcare, IMO.

Call me cynical but 'encouraging women and girls to consider STEM careers' is as hackneyed these days as saving whales was in my youth.

And I say that as someone who genuinely does encourage intelligent females to consider STEM careers.
