We received the report from the developmental optometrist. DD2 received two diagnoses.
The second of these was for tracking problem / oculomotor dysfunction. However, when I looked at the report carefully, I saw that the DO had recorded the data wrong. After I brought this to her attention, a correction was made, but now the diagnosis no longer makes sense according to the manufacturer instructions of the test she was relying on - the Developmental Eye Movement test. If you have a child who was diagnosed with tracking / oculomotor dysfunction, and know anything about the DEM test, or what tests your optometrist used to diagnose tracking problem, or even if you just want to describe the symptoms you saw in your child, and whether your child was helped or not helped by VT, please post here.
