DS is 18 months and I'm needing recommendations for Developmental Pediatricians or any Pedis in Iowa with experience with GT kiddos. DS is very precocious and I can't figure out if he's showing early signs of OCD/ASD or just GT asynchronous frustrations. His primary Pedi has been largely unhelpful to this point. Need advice. TIA.

Try contacting the Belin-Blank Center at U Iowa (which is a major research center in GT studies).

ETA: they have published research on GT vs ASD

I filled out the application. Should hear something back shortly. Anyone know of anyone in the area with GT kids/parents in the area that we could reach out to and talk with?

There's an IA Gifted parents organization. They have a Facebook page. I'll PM you.
