I thought it was a valuable thread that, though it may have run its course, was an important discussion about trends in college life and was therefore relevant to people who may be going to college (like gifted kids). Odd that a thread about free speech got erased in its entirety.

HowlerKarma Member Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 5,181	I thought it tied nicely with some of the quirks that are often discussed on the forums here, in fact-- that of the need for our kids to understand that sometimes, they may not like the consequences of their tendency to question authority, say things which offend or are startling, etc. Schr�dinger's cat walks into a bar. And doesn't.
