Hello all,

I have noticed a dramatic increase in DS8's overexcitabilities. Far more jumping, arm flapping, facial tics when experiencing heightened emotions, for example. I was under the impression that oes tamp down a bit as kids mature. Not the case at all here. Thoughts?

We see an increase in overexcitabilities during times of "brain jumps" (times when DD's brain has suddenly seemed to leap from one level of understanding to another, sort of like a growth spurt.)
We also see them when she is stressed about something, and interestingly enough they appear about 3 days before she has been able to figure out what the stress is. So we know that there will be some sort of conversation coming soon about a new stress or worry she has.

Hmm. This increase has happened over the past few months. And it's been a very steady and smooth few months too. I don't see any stress in him. But I will check in with him and see what he has to say.
