    Hi,

Does anyone know about accommodations testers can provide while testing limited English children using standard tests like WISC-IV, SB-V, SB-LM, or others?

Anyone have any experience with or recommendations for testers, preferably in WA, who are experienced with applying these tests on limited English children?

My 11yo son was identified using WISC-R as %99.9, and 139 using a local adaptation of the earliest version of SB. His English is intermediate at best.

    Thanks in advance..

I think Raven's Progressive Matrices may be used as a "language independent" test.
