The Avery Coonley website states that they accept students with a 125 IQ score or higher (95th percentile). Is this a school that is more for "bright" children, or do exceptionally and profoundly gifted children (with asynchronous development) fare well here too? Are the class sizes too big for gifted kids? Do they allow children to accelerate in the appropriate subject (e.g., Mathematics), or does all instruction remain with same-aged peers, regardless of ability level?

Thanks!
