Cool. DS11 just took the WISC IV a few months ago so he couldn't.

Does anyone know how these tests and how they're normed change?

I didn't know that they had started on the norming studies for the WISC V. Who is doing the testing for this?

You should eventually get scoring info yes, but much slower than normal from what I understand. And quite possibly you should expect much lower numbers than you've seen previously, there seemed to be a lot of confused and unhappy posts about the wppsi4 norming sample kids' scores.

It got postponed... The tester hasn't received the materials from Pearson.... Will keep you all posted. My kids just so psyched to make the 55 dollars. Haha

My sons are doing norming tests for pearsons though I am not sure if it is that test. But we don't ever get the results and the only payment is a package of books they are supposed to send at some point. I am using it as a chance for ds4 to get used to the tester as he can be a contrary little ... and I want to get him tested just before he goes to school.

Our kids just helped norm a test, not the WISC V. They were excited for the spending/saving/giving money. smile Hmm, I was told I could have access to the results of the study, but not to their results, which was what I'd expected. have others received individual results?

DS participated in test norming and got a gift card as a reward. No info on his individual performance. I don't even know which subtests he did, but he had fun doing it.

Sounds fun! I'm excited because DS is! Would love a little feedback though... Did the tester give any indication??

Ugh. 90 minutes in and I get called in.... dS is tired. He finished 8 out of 30 something subtests. We have to go back Wednesday. She gave NO indication of how he was doing other then that it was taking long because he was going "far". So more testing on Wednesday!!
