I know it's early to be asking this question, but is anyone else waiting this month to hear from DYS?

I'm waiting too! I'm nervous because I had his piano teacher write his nomination form. He's just barely six and I didn't have anyone else to write it. His scores are all well above the cutoffs, so hopefully that's enough! I could really use their advice. We are homeschooling next year and I have I have no idea what to do with him! I thought his achievment scores would help me figure it out, but it actually made me more confused about how to homeschool him. I hope we both get good news soon!

    I hope we hear today!

SVdev- I don't think there is anything "wrong" with his music teacher writing the recommendation. Based on what I've read, they aren't really looking for advanced musical ability or talent as much as academic ability.

Good luck to everyone waiting to hear!
