Try Googling 'What2Learn'. This is a tool which has thousands of interactive learning games and covers most subjects. There is lots for Math including multiplication and division so he may get a lot out of it.
It will record his scores so you can see how he is doing and has in-built rewards such as a virtual farm (completing learning games gives credits to spend on the farm).
Access is free but there are also premium accounts which are used to help fund the building of schools in developing countries.

    Thanks all! Great suggestions!

So far my kids LOVE IXL (http://www.ixl.com/)! We ended up buying a monthly subscription for both kids. They've been taking turns playing it all night!

Kumon does not sound like it would be the dysgraphic DS' cup fo tea!

My favorite source of math problems is Sunshine math. It's a series of work sheets available online for free. It has problems and answers from Kindergarten to grade 8 so it's easy to pick a level that's suitable for the child. But I think it's good to start at a lower level to build up the confidence and interest in problem solving. The problems are interesting and challenging. My DD has gained so much from it.

We've worked through some "Primary Grade Challenge Math" by Edward Zaccaro with DS4. He can't quite do it independently, but we've had fun working doing it together.

In addition to "Primary Grade Challenge Math" by Edward Zaccaro, our child loved
    - "Math for Smarty Pants"
    - "Math Dictionary for Kids"
    - all Great Source books: "Math to Learn", "Math to Know", "Math on Hand", "Math on Call", "Algebra to Go", "Geometry to Go" (the first 4 books cover about the same topics, but in the increasing depth/detail).

I second the rec for Sunshine Math--we have used this to enrich. It's good for gifted kids in that it's more puzzle-oriented and much less about drill. I have to admit that I haven't looked at the material below grade 3.

Anyone got a link for Sunshine Math? When I google it all I get are websites for particular schools that use it. I got some worksheets through those, but I'd like to go to the source.

In some states, they call it Math superstars and some states (Florida) call it Sunshine Math. But basically the same.

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I just stumbled on this: http://www.math-aids.com/

They are "dynamically created" worksheets, meaning that you can generate new ones of a particular type. What I like about these is that, at least at the K/1st level, they have a lot of variety, so Hanni can try a sheet of this, a sheet of that (coins, tally marks, number line, skip counting) to mix in with the straighforward addition and subtraction problems.
