Most places are starting school around this time. I just wanted to wish everyone luck! I'm sure many of us are fervently hoping that this will be a good year.

    So . . .

May our young people grow and learn according to the full scope of their potential.

May they find supportive peers and develop meaningful friendships.

May their teachers be open to understanding their uniqueness and challenging them to thrive.

May we be guided to parent them in a way that helps them to become incredible adults, just as they are incredible young people today.

    Have a great year everyone!!!

(Fingers crossed . . . got DD's teacher assignment. Please please please let it be a good match!)

    Amen again!

I just started sorting through school supplies (mine start in September).

I think (not sure) that DD9 will have the same teacher again (yay!) and I've been (unofficially wink ) told that DS8 has a gentle, kind hearted teacher (good for his sensitive side). Yay again!

    Good luck everyone!

Good luck everyone! I have a tenth grader this year. Seems like yesterday that we were preparing for preschool.
