We use xtramath.com for practice, it's free. It doesn't teach the concepts, but it's good for practicing facts.

The School House Rock DVD was fun for my boys. It's mostly songs that make remembering the tables fun. For practice, there are all kinds of free apps out there... just search "educational" and "math".
    Good Luck!

The best music CD for memorizing multiplication I know is
Times to Remember, The Fun and Easy Way to Memorize the Multiplication Tables

you can hear many of the songs for free here:
    http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/kimberlythomson

There is also a book with the same title but The CD can be used by
itself as the songs get stuck in your head! The web site includes free pages to help. also see www.TheTimesTable.com

    good luck to you!
