We really hope that it will be a reality. Right now we have a location, a teacher and 7 students. Realistically it would be better to open with closer to 10 students. Know anyone in the Southern NH area who is looking for a school for gifted children??

oh- I really hope the school takes off! I'm in Central NH and my son is showing signs of giftedness.
He's 2- so maybe the school will do well and he'll attend someday.

Just wanted to give a quick update: The school opened on Tuesday, September 8th with 8 students. So far DS6 is enjoying himself and things are going well. They are still accepted applications for the current school year if you know someone is Southern NH who is interested.

Is it a gifted school? I had heard it was turned to an open enrollment school.

ETA: I think the admission policy stinks, honestly. The founders' children, and all future children of theirs by the sibling rule, are guaranteed entry, while the rest of the population has to be subject to a lottery once the slots fill up? How many slots are there to be, and how many children do the founders have?
