I just received my test results for my nephew's WJIII battery - this was given by a language pathogist in connecction with some minor speech delays. Can anyone help interpret?

    Cluster: SS %
    Thinking Ability 132 98
    COG EFFiciency 117 88
    Phonemic Aware 119 89
    Working Memory 123 98
    Oral Language 112 98

    Subtests
    Visual - Auditory 100 51
    Spatial Relations 112 79
    Sound Blending 131 98
    Concept Formation 136 99
    Visual Matching 128 97
    Numbers Reversed 106 66
    Incomplete Words 92 30
    Auditory Working Mem 134 99

    Achievement:
    Story Recall 117 88
    Understanding Direct 105 63
    Passage Comprehension 105 63
    Story Recall 111 76

The pathologist referred us to an auditory processing specialist based on the discrepencies between the subtests - the little bit of looking I've seen shows that usually auditory processing goes with a poor auditory working memory (that was his highest result he hit the ceiling on that test as well as the Concept Formation) Has anyone seen such a pattern before? Clearly the biggest area of concern is the incomplete words -

    TIA

I would also make sure he gets his hearing checked by an audiology exam, not just at the pediatrician's.
