I was trying to compare my DD's reading MAP score at the end of 1st grade (which she took with a 2nd grade class and therefore were on the standard MAP) and my DS's reading MAP scores at the end of 1st grade (which were on the MAP for Primary Grades). Not reading to compare children, just trying to get a sense of differences and similarities in prepartation for a discussion with the principal and GT coordinator.
