Interesting. Yes, I guess I should say also what I consider unusual. As far as I can tell our school is on its 3rd AIG teacher in as many years. When tracing where those people came from/moved to/etc I noticed another school was on its 3rd AIG teacher in 4 years.

A third school has a new AIG teacher this year, but I found that out following the other two schools, so I guess that makes sense -- when one person leaves they have to back fill and if you follow that particular path yes you will find change. wink

The AIG teacher I know that lives down the street from me has been in her position for a few years, so I guess that school has had more stability. As far as I know these are all schools that people want to be at, as well, not under performing ones.
