As far as I know, they do not count age to EXPLORE for DYS qualification purposes. Duke TIP does not do that either. That's one of the disadvantage you have when you skip grade in public school. Home schooling has more flexibility. You may be teaching 7th grade Math but the kid is 8 and she can take the test as a 3rd grader instead of 7th.
If your DD has qualifying IQ score, consider taking other achievement tests such as WJ III or WIAT III. Those are age based and not the grade based.
