I am excited. The school was really amenable to trying the Panther Math Paper for DS! Wow - can't believe it. They are gonna try to have it on the Ipad asap. Whohoo! They said they'd love to be able to scan his worksheets so he can work on them through Math Paper. I am not sure if Math Paper has that capability but the special-ed teacher was more than willing to look into it and figure it out. They finally seemed totally convinced that DS has dysgraphia. No more "reversals are normal," no more "he isn't that bad" no more attitude or statements that I am "shortchanging him." They all seemed to completely realize he has dysgraphia, it's not getting "better" and it is affecting him, his attention and his work. I'm thrilled. Fingers crossed it actually gets implemented.
