Dir of special Ed emailed and asked if she should send the parent questionnaire home so we could redo it.
Not at all what we expected, and I'm feeling kind of insulted. I'm assuming the point is if we redo it we can bump his score up so he would gain the extra point required on the matrix? Feels very dishonest to us and we don't appreciate it. Unless of course they're pointing out how it feels when we questioned their subjective judgement so they are turning the tables and questioning ours instead (if that makes any sense?). Anyway, I think we'll stick with our original answers.
We did request mediation this time btw.
