What about all the fancy technolowdgy they we're talking about? Is that out the window?

Are they one ones who evaulated the dictation?
Did they read the report.

OK - my only advice is to schedual meetings near the close of the school day, so that they have an incentive to agree with you and go home. It looks like you have some more meetings to go through. Where is the classroom teacher in all this? If you can get him/her on track the rest may be less important.

Actually Objective 2 isn't so badly written, it just seems like they aren't planning to exacute it well. Yes, you want him writing complete paragraphs with assistive technology.
